There is a new process for all entities wishing to apply for grant funding through the Bureau for Family Assistance (BFA) and the West Virginia Department of Human Services (DoHS). All applicants must now register as vendors through the West Virginia Vendor Self Service (VSS) Portal. At this link, you can create your vendor account, download vendor forms, and view published solicitations, grant opportunities, and the latest announcements. Helpful videos and information about applying for grant funding may be found on the wvOASIS VSS website.
